I had my first internal check today and now I have spotting. I just need you all to say thats normal you idiot, tia

 

ps. i'm 50% effaced but no dialation

    It's completely normal. After one of my internals I spotted a little bit and I have a perfectly healthy 3 week old!

     Also, I was dilated and effaced from 35 weeks and I never went into labor on my own and was induced at 41 weeks. Just because you're not dilated, it doesn't mean anything!
