I use BSN Syntha-6 protein powder in my daily protein shakes. ?It's a mix of whey, milk, egg, and soy, and it tastes delicious!

I've been using Biochem 100% whey protein and I really like it. ?I tried the whey/hemp protein mix and didn't care for it as much. ?Since I mix it with soymilk, fruit and juice I get the plain flavor and not the vanilla, but it has little to no sugar in it, so either flavor is fine.
