Calling Insurance... UGHH

So I am trying to get prepared so when dh goes in for his sa I want to make sure everything is covered by the insurance. But man this is confusing. We have different insurances and trying ti figure out if he only has to pay co-pay or has to meet the $250 deductable first.... I am asking questions and seems like the insurance cannot give me straight answers...

Most insurance companies require you to pay your deductible first.

thanks for the reminder, I need to call myself to confirm some coverage.  They are a PITA though to deal with.

I know I called and said he has a $250 deductible. I know my dh will be kinda mad if we have to pay that. I am just getting prepared incase the doc requires him to get a SA.

I am calling now too for SA. How weird. I hate the automated systems!!!
