Okay w/ all the flu talk. I feel really dumb that I did not learn this sooner but this year we learned you are suppose to cough into your elbow. You always teach cover your mouth w/ your hand then you cough and spread the germs but if you cough into your elbow.
I read this online earlier this year when dd #1 had the flu and so I just figured I would throw it out there since I did not know but it seemed everyone else did. We have now taught dd#1 to cough into her elbow. Now if she would only do it all the time..

They tell the kids at school to cough into their elbow. Problem is, a 7 year old can't exactly aim. So Jakob ends up putting his arm over his eyes and just coughing out into the air.
