So I called the DR to get more questions answered on DH's SA. I only was able to speak to the person who answered the call. I asked her if he should do another one since this was the first one he has ever done and he was traumatized by it. She rudely and bluntly said "No, nothing will change." To which I responded that I had been doing a bit of online research about this and discovered that the research says something very different. She put me on hold for about 15 min and then told me the nurse will give me a call to answer my questions. Grrrr....
I also discovered that DH really needs to stop smoking b/c that can cause the issue. Does anyone know if the stop smoking drugs will afffect semin production?
Re: ugh.. it continues to get worse

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:6,7
This! I would check out if you can have DH do it elsewhere.

My DH was a smoker for 14 years - a heavy smoker. However, after his visit with the urologist and the scrotal ultrasound, bloodwork - it was determined that the cause of his bad sperm quality/quantity is due to having a vericocele in each of his testes. We were relieved when we got some answers. Surgery was an option, but results are not guarateed
