The doppler started working this morning...then it broke again. I did find the HB last night, but the screen wouldn't work. It worked this morning and the HB was 144-147 and really clear. Now the screen won't work again so it's still broken, but I'm glad it worked for a minute. I will just ask if they can exchange it.

I'm so glad you got it to work, even if it was just for a min! I think they will exchange it, I read the return policy before ordering and I think they seem pretty good about returning defective items, I would just call the # on the invoice...I would just get the same one if I were you, JMO b/c once you start to feel the baby you probably won't use it as much then you could just put it away for the next baby! And I think with this one some girls hear the h/b at 9 weeks, so I think it works pretty good, and I haven't had any problems so far! Sucks that you just must have got a dud one...I'm sure you'll be happier with a new one that actually works!

If you're talking about the baby sounds doppler, I think I got a dud too! I can hear the HB perfectly but my LCD screen is jacked and the numbers are totally skewed? I think I might just return it... it's making me more nervous than anything.
That's what mine is doing. Ima have you had any problems with it?
huh...I guess with everything, sometimes you just get a dud! That really sucks...are you using your own batteries or the ones that came with it? I put my own batteries in it as you never really know how old or good the batteries that come with things are. I didn't even try the batteries that came with it, DH bought the batteries that are made for electronic devices or whatever they are called, lol. I haven't had a problem with mine yet, and I have been playing with it for the past 2 weeks now, good luck with the new one...I hope it works better!!!
