Cramping after Trigger............

So I got a trigger shot at my dr on Tuesday @ 2PM.  This morning I wake up with HORRIBLE pain.......I am guessing ovulation pains cuz they feel like what I used to get MONTHS back (before having fibroid/polyps removed).  It is on both sides too............kind of feel like I got punched in my ovaries......

Anybody else have this?  Is it normal?  Also......since I did clomid then the trigger.......can I take anything for the pain?  Or do I just have to ride it out?

    Yes, I have had it. ?It's normal or so they tell me! ?You should be able to take some Tylenol, but I recommend asking your doctor first. ?Feel better!
