HELP ~ middle name for Evan

Anyone have any suggestions on a middle name for Evan?  Last name is Ross.  We don't like anything that ends in -an, -en, or -on since Evan ends in -an.  We also don't like names that start with R since our last name starts with R (it sounds funny), and it can't start with A b/c then initials would be EAR!  This is the hardest name to find a middle name for, but my husband loves it.  Please help!  Thanks.

We were thinking about Andrew (my husband's name) but then the initial factor came up so we thought of shortening it to Drew..  Do you think     Evan Drew Ross is too short?  Does it still flow ok?
