Yes, they both knew they could either get a brother or a sister. Celia would walk around asking people if she was getting a baby Hudson or a baby Emmy lol! After I had her, MH walked into the waiting room to get the girls and said, "Come on...do you want to meet your new sissy?" and of course they were super excited!
