30 Day Shred

My Motivation is this - My lap top will NOT be turned on until the Shred is done for the night - so if you don't see me posting - I didn't do it.....lol.

Make time for it and MAKE yourself do it. Do what I am doing - instead of nesting time - make it work out time.  I nest during the day so I am using 20 minutes of my night nesting time for The Shred - TWENTY MINUTES!  Come on Gigi...lol - you can do it!  BTW - not laughing at your name just laughing because I called you that.

Count me in....but I don't have a Target near me- I'm in NYC.  I'll have to drive out to the suburbs somewhere this weekend.  So I can start then!

thank for the motivation jess.. i really need t do something so i guess i'll join also! even if i have to drag myself out of bed in the morning to exercise! I'LL DO IT!

I believe comcast and cable vision have the 30 day shred on demand.

What if we have already been doing it?  Can we still join the group for motivation to keep going with it, or is it just for the new starters?
