I need a MAJOR break from the Nest. Not the Bump, just the Nest. The two boards I mainly hang out on are pissing me off majorly, on a regular basis... I just need to step away, for real.

Tonight someone told me to "get the fvck over myself" so I am taking this as my cue to just stop going there... I don't want to be lame and post a GBCN so I'm venting here.

I'm actually the mod of the board that had all the drama, so I better not link... 

Let's see if I can summarize.

OP says she's pissed at her friend. The friend called to tell her she was excited because she upgraded from a shiity apt to a nice trailer with her H & kids. OP brings up the fact she is looking into buying a big house with her H that is pretty expensive. Friend's tone of voice changes and OP gets super pissed that the friend is jealous (going by tone of voice) and is just lazy POS etc.

OP & I are both regulars on the board. All the other regulars post that she's right, her friend obviously sucks, etc. I post that actually it sounds like OP one-upped her and I don't see what the friend did that was so wrong.

Everyone jumps on me saying the friend obviously is lazy and why should people who work hard be subjected to jealous biatches who hate them for doing well in life.

I say, if you don't like someone why are you friends, and I think that yes you sound entitled if you think that working hard makes it ok for you to look down on people.

Then I get: who the hell do you think you are, I've been through a lot of shiit to get where I am, how dare you, get over yourself, blah.

So, yeah.

The other board is just a hot mess all around.
