Is this what an earthquake feels like?

Ok, so its not really an earthquake, but come on! The computer screen is vibrating!

They are currently building a new, um, building next to where I work. Its very close to my building -- they repoed our parking lot and are building there. They are working on underground piping today and drilling into the ground.  This is make our building vibrate heavily. We're on the top floor, and I heard we have the easiest reprocussions from it!  The basement offices are having items fall off their shelves!  Whoah!
