TTC After a Loss

Lane Bryant..grrrrrr

I just got off the phone with them.  They received my boxes 2 days ago in their warehouse and still have not refunded my money.  When I originally called they told me my money would be sent back within 8 business hours of getting the boxes.  She was SO snotty to me on the phone today.  Said that they had to process them in the order that they came in the warehouse and that I need to "learn a little patience because things in life don't always happen when we want them to".  I totally hung up on her.  Are you F'ing kidding me?!?!?!?!

  • OMG, you girls that ordered from LB are going through hell to get your money back b/c of their mistake. Besides the fact they should have honored that darn coupon. They obviously do not care about their customers. This whole thing is ridiculous.

  • I agree with pp. Have then issued any statements about this mistake? I mean it seems like a lot of your girls and probably more people have ordered from them. I can't believe a company can do this!
  • I would turn them into the Better Business.  What they are doing is not right and they should have to honor those coupons.  It was their mistake on their end and you all shouldn't have to be paying for it.  And if enough of you turn them in, maybe you'll get some better results.
