I think anything under 10 days is considered 'defective'. (Keep in mind some people with 9 days in their lp have had healthy pregnancies). Try vitamin B6 and B12 ( I take a B-multi complex vitamin that is time released and has a 100mg of all the b vitamins). You could also research vitex (aka- chasteberry) and see if that's something you would want to try. HTH.

I think 10 days or less is considered a short LP.
Vitex - 1,000 mg daily, it's supposed to be better than B6. Combine Vitex with Red Raspberry for LPD.
Red Raspberry - 1,000 mg daily. Strengthens the uterine lining. Combine RR with Vitex or B6 for LPD.
B6 - 100mg daily
You don't need to take all of these...either Vitex and RR or B6 and RR.
