Yeah...it's been about 4 months since I've even slept naked, so naked w/ strangers is most def. not going to happen. Where do they find these people? Seriously. Let's never be them...
I plan on wearing the hospital gown. I'd at least like the top of me covered!! And I agree... I hope I don't look like a freaking raging animal when I'm delivering!
No: I would like to have a sex life with DH after the baby so I'm thinking that would not be a good idea! The only time he gets to see me naked is before, during, and immediately after "the act".
I would say absolutely not although, I just started watching this lamaze video and the instructor says once you hit the active stage of labor all modesty goes out the window.....
I still have a hard time picturing myself ripping off the hospital gown, I guess we'll just have to wait an see
I sleep naked every night.. i love to be naked around my husband.. Not sure if i could be naked around doctors and nurses... But if my boobies fall out or whatever... O well.. they are seeing my lower half....
I'd like to be as covered as possible when I'm giving birth..which means crank up the AC because I will be miserable if I'm hot on top of everything else...

Since I'm home, I'm watching a Baby Story..she's naked.
IDK..maybe nudity will be the last thing on my mind.
I hope I don't make those noises and faces when it's my time to shine.
Sblay - while I like to think that I will be covered, I know that when I've had horrible flu and such before and have been in a lot of pain say while worshipping the porcelain gods, my natural instinct has always been to get all clothing articles off of me. I fully expect the same to happen during labour. Hence the no cameras, no mirrors, no video recorders in my Delivery Rider aka Birth Plan. Oh and the confidentiality agreement everyone will be forced to sign.?
Hospital gown, please! At least then the dr.s and nursing don't see everything all at once - but, various parts of you will be exposed at some point:) Also, the faces are unavoidable
I ended up mostly naked when I had my second son...trust me at the point of transition you really don't give a sh!t about being naked or facial expression, lol I wouldn't stress that any more than pooping on the table...(which I have done too)

It is not something that is planned, just happens for comfort...
Umm NO I will not be naked, I am a very private person and uncomfortable about getting undressed in front of other people other then the DH. I won't take the boob out either in front of other people, I will go into another room when BF.

I'm totally going naked and I'm going to make moose noises the whole time. I really don't see what's wrong with it. *giggles* Really I'm going with a gown as I hope to leave there with little vanity still.
I'm most likely going to be in a tub, so probably I will be naked. I'm pretty vain, but I do not give a fvck what I look like while I give birth (except for the waterproof mascara, but that is for the photos with the baby).
Every mom that I've talked to (that didn't have a Cesarean or whatnot) said that there comes a point during labor that you really don't care whether you're naked or not, that you just want to be done with giving birth.
I want the baby on my chest ASAP after delivery, and I imagine I'll be getting cleaned up and stuff down there, so at some point I'l probably not have a gown or top on in order for the skin-to-skin contact to happen.

lol I am very modest too, I promise you won't care...
i'll take the hospital gown and some of my vanity please. lol, and quiet frankly i am sure i will be a yeller or a moaner/grunter when pushing that kid out, I don't think i will care at that point.

I wasn't naked, but I felt like I may well have been
it seems as though every member of staff had a good look at my entire southern region
That's just strange!
I just turned it on...how awkward for the OB and nurses!
This seems silly but, watching this is making eating my cereal kind of difficult.
It's bad enough my vaj is out there for the world. Everything else can stay covered.

Iris, you ruined it for me. LOL. I'll probably have some moose-like grunts. I'm already doing that.

Pretty much same here.
Ditto.
