Don't by a Forever Cocoon crib by Baby's Dream!!!

When I was on this board ?a long time ago, people would always recommend their crib. ?I am telling you what not to buy. I ordered a 3000 series crib in espresso about a year ago last February. I loved this crib when I saw it online and went to my local USA Baby to purchase it. ?I even loved it when it was set up. ?About six months after our son was born, I noticed the paint was coming off the top rail of the crib. ?Apparently when I bent over the crib, the button on my pants would chip the paint off of the crib. ?I now have a long 12" section on the crib where the paint is literally off with huge, deep scratches in it. ??

I put in an order at USA Baby in January for touch up paint. ?In the past 4 months I have called them 3 times to see if my paint was in. ?they?said it was still on order. ?then today when I called, the employee called Baby's Dream to see about my order. ?They have no record of it. ?So I called their number and left a message as well. ?This isn't the first time I have had to deal with them. ?Their customer service is HORRIBLE. ?You never speak with anyone directly, only their voice mail. ?Sorry to ramble, but just want to save all of you the headache of a crib made from cheap wood, and horrible customer service! ?I am still in the process of getting the paint. ?At this rate, my son will be out of his crib by the time I get the touch up paint.
