Trying to Get Pregnant

How are you Nutella freak?  I was at the food store the other day and I saw this...  Of course, I didn't pick it up.  But...  It sounds pretty good for me to have as a snack at work.  Sometimes I have crackers with me and things like that.  When I go shopping for work snack, I just might pick up some.

    I'm actually eating some now but I TOTALLY deserve it after my kickboxing class  :P

    I like it with bread, on crepes, with strawberries, etc but to be honest I LOVE it out of the jar lol

  • Hehe!  Not at all!  Enjoying your kickboxing class?  Strawberry!  That sounds pretty good!  I had craving for strawberry shortcake just earlier today.  It was because when I went to the baseball game Saturday, my mom brought some strawberries.  I so love crepes.  I MUST have caramel with my crepes.  I'm a bit of caramel nerd.  If I stopped at a bakery or chocolate factory, I'm like "You got caramel?  Okay, hit me up with 4..."

  • Actually I did, it was a little better than last week (meaning that I could actually breathe after the class) lol

    I love crepes with dulce de leche too. mmm delicious! I love caramel and I try to give DH all the time and he hates it! boo for DH hahha

    Ah it's much too early to cheat! And I have to go out to dinner with friends on Friday night so I am already feeling guilty for that. Ugh and I have a nearly full jar just taunting me too...Crying

    Nutrisystem. And I feel like I will die. J/K it's actually working out pretty well. I'm already down 3.5 lbs. and I started Friday.

  • Bwahahaha!  I swear I saw "diet", not "die"!  OMG.  LOL.  That's great you're down 3.5!  I had drastically reduced my soda intake and lost some weight.  I really should exercise though... I just don't like paying for a gym membership.  Boo...

    Well I'm actually going to try the 30 day shred tonight since so many girls on here were recommending it. I hope I don't die from it, but I'm fairly certain it will maim me.

    Be strong so you ca cheat on friday!! You ARE letting yourself cheat at least once a week, right?

    I did a pilates one that I can't remember the name and it was really good but my DH kept dragging me to the gym to work out with him so I stopped.

    Well the full week hasn't been up yet... but yes I think baby cheats every now and again are necessary.

    I'm not really on any diet officially, I try to eat well and usually keep my portions small.  I can't just not have something I love or I'd be more tempted to cheat.  So that makes sense to give yourself a day out of the week.

  •  I dont diet, I SUCK at it so I just try to eat a little better and smaller portions and work out when I feel like I need it. The moment that I try to diet I start cheating EVERY day so I decided not to. When I do the non-diet diet (LOL) I cheat every now and then and that keeps me form over indulging at all times.
  • Agreed saz!  If I diet, I would probably end up whining.  One of my previous co-workers tipped me in and said think of it this way, what food choices would keep you full longer. 

    Like for example, you have Eggo with peanut butter on top of it or you have a bag of chips.  Maybe bad example, but you get the idea.  I tried it few mornings and it kept me through the morning.  Sometimes it made me have my lunch late.

  • I get what you are saying, I do that too. Another thing that helps too is that I eat w/e I'm craving. If I eat the fried pork chop I eat it and that way I don't feel like I missed on something but I try to eat a smaller portion or not eat sweets after. I try to balance it off w/o depriving myself of what I want.
