Hey girls, some of you are interested in it, so I thought I'd write a post about it.
I gained 15lbs during IVF and then 33lbs from pregnancy. I was back to pre-pg weight when I started doing the shred and I don't know what I've lost doing it,cuz I don't have a scale, but I feel about 10 lbs smaller than when I started.
I am on day 20 and have seen an amazing difference so far! It feels intense the first few days but you REALLY TRULY build up an endurance. If you do it every day you'll be hooked and LOVE It!! and trust me I've always hated exersice!

I seriously think Jillian Michael should hire me cuz I cannot stop talking about this workout! I actually look forward to doing it every day and since it's only 20 minutes long it's over before you know it!

Trust me, I absolutely HATE to exercise, and I'm not gonna lie, I still have to force myself to keep up with this routine. The reason I like it is because a) it's only 20 minutes, b) you work your entire body, and c) It's only 20 minutes...Haha!
The workouts themselves are set up this way.
First you begin with 2 minutes of warm ups to get you ready to go.
