Safe to stop BD'ing?

UG, these long cycles really are hard to keep up the energy to BD for SO long.  We BD'ed every other day starting around cd14.... yea.

So, my question is... based on these good temps the last 5 days, who thinks its safe to stop BD'ing and who thinks I should still wait a few more days to *confirm* O?

TBH, I stop as soon as my CM dries up. Maybe I'll kick myself later if I find out that's too early, but we just don't have a lot of stamina over the long haul, and I figure if my body's not giving me fertility signals, I'm probably not fertile.

    This!!

That's what i did this cycle and it worked. If there was EWCM then I would BD.

I hear you Ibis.  I just really don't trust my body anymore I guess.  This PCOS crap pretty much makes me seem fertile ALL the freakin time.

    *sigh

  • I agree with ibis. I would focus your BD'ing with your fertile mucus.

Yeah, that does throw a wrench in the works. I think if you just do every other day for whenever you have fertile CM you're probably covered. GL!

  • In my opinion, keep FWP at least every other day or every three days. Sometimes if you don't check cm by "going up there" it feels dry when there still could be a lot up there. Ok, maybe that's just me but I say keep FWP at least every three days to be safe. Wouldn't want to kick yourself later....
