1. What part of VA do you live in? How long have you lived there? We live in Northern VA right outside of DC.
2. How many kids do you have? How many do you want?This is our first child. I would like 4 but we will see.
3. What do you/your spouse do for a living? I am an Assistant Property Manager and DH is an Electrical Foreman.

Near Winchester (small town close to the WV border). We've lived here about 3 years.
2. How many kids do you have? How many do you want?
I have one baby baking and would like to have 2 total.
3. What do you/your spouse do for a living?
I'm a teaching assistant in a SpEd classroom at the moment and going back to school to get my teaching cert/licenssure in PreK-6. Husband is a sales manager for a company that sells commerical rock products like asphalt and stuff for construction companies and government projects. I joke that he's a rock star.
4. What one item would be a MUST if you were stranded on an island?
Chapstick.
5. What's your favorite/most useful piece of baby gear?
I'm not sure yet but am definitely open for suggestions!
6. If you could go anywhere on vacation where would it be?
Greece and/or Italy

No but I am hell bent on meeting Brett Michaels and pulling off his bandana next time he comes to our local bar!

We don't have a large selection 'round these parts so I am going to say a local sushi place. They have lost a lot of money these past 7 months.

Not sure yet. We'll probably take a lot of day trips to NoVa and D.C.

3. What do you/your spouse do for a living? I'm an insurance agent and my husband is an auctioneer (yes he talks fast.)

5. What's your favorite/most useful piece of baby gear? Right now we love our jumperoo, she is soo happy in it. Most useful though would be the swing when all else fails she loves to swing!
6. If you could go anywhere on vacation where would it be? Right now I'd just love to go on vacation. But I really want to go to South Africe and Australia to see the animals.
7. Ever met/known anyone famous? I was in the same shoe store as Matthew Mcconaughey once and didn't even know it until I heard someone else talking...I can be a little oblivious.

We've lived in Northern Va - Loudon County...about 45 mins from DC for almost 2 years now.

SwVa. Small town called Pearisburg. Its about 30mins from Blacksburg. I grew up in Narrows (15mins from Pearisburg) and have lived in Giles Co. my entire life.
2. How many kids do you have? How many do you want?
We have 3. A 4yr old son and almost 3yr old twin daugthers (yup, identical) Oh and we want one more later on. We are both rather young. Im 25yrs old and he is 30. We have plenty of time.
3. What do you/your spouse do for a living?
I work at a Nursing Home as a dining server. Dh is a sahd and we are both going to start school in the fall.
4. What one item would be a MUST if you were stranded on an island?
My laptop complete with wireless/satellite internet.

Oh I would have to say my double stroller now. When they were younger? umm its hard to say..probably the swing they all 3 loved the swing.
6. If you could go anywhere on vacation where would it be?
Disney World with the kids once they are around 7-8rys old. I cant wait to take them! But any vacation would be nice now. I wouldnt mind going to Myrtle Beach again or a cruise with all my family...or a nice trip to Ireland with dh. My MIL and I both want to go to Australia so that would be fun. Then there is part of me that wants to go to Alaska to see polar bears and whales in real live. Oh, and I would love a week long trip to Savannah Ga. with just me myself and I. My uncle has lived there for 13yrs and I have been almost every year since he moved there. Its a beautiful city with a ton of history. I would love to just go and relax and tour it all over again.
7. Ever met/known anyone famous?
Yeah, actuallyl I don now. Hes not famous like an actor/singer/celebrity but there is a guy that lives at the my nursing home that was in both WW 1 and WW 2. He has been on The History Channel a few times and is flow from Va to Alaska for some reason. I have googled him and found out al sorts of cool stuff about him. He is a true hero and at 94yrs old still a very nice and funny man. Other than him and the Govenor of Va several times oh and George Bush once nope.

9. Favorite restaurant in your area is.....
Bull & Bones. Dh took me there for the first time for Valentines Day this year. It was really good and they have the best sweet potatoe cassarole.

Park. They really just love to go to the park. Last summer we did a park tour of 2008. we went to as many parks/playgrounds as we could in one day. (in our little county) we started on one side of the county and went to all the parks, and then school playgrounds as well. We stopped by home for lunch and naps. It was a blast and I took pics of the kids at each park by the sign (if it had one) They slept soooo good that night. Im going to do it again this year and invite friends. We probably wont do as many stops though.

2. How many kids do you have? How many do you want? One child. Originally, we both only wanted one, but now DH wants another, so I see some serious discussions coming soon.
3. What do you/your spouse do for a living? I used to teach HS science. Now I'm a SAHM. DH is a programmer.
4. What one item would be a MUST if you were stranded on an island? Books. Totally impractical for survival, but if I'm truly stranded, I need something to keep me from getting bored.
5. What's your favorite/most useful piece of baby gear? I love our stroller. We use it every day. The Ergo baby carrier was very useful in the first 3 months though.

We live in the Hampton Roads area, I was born and raised here, 25 years and counting!!

1 little princess that was born on 1/14/10, we hope to have 4

I work at a fitness facility as a receptionist, my DH is looking for work right now after being laid off last year.
4. What one item would be a MUST if you were stranded on an island?
Food!!

My Fisher Price "My Little Lamb Cradle n' Swing", my daughter LOVES it!!
6. If you could go anywhere on vacation where would it be?
We went to the St. Petersburg area of FL last spring and LOVED it, I wouldn't mind going back
