Even if you have missed AF, is it still possible that it would be to early to get a positive test?  I have been naseaus and actually threw up two mornings already, AF is late and I have been crampy.  I took a test yesterday morning and got what I thought was a faint plus sign, but then I thought maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me, so I got a digital test and it said BFN...still no AF though and I feel SUPER naseaus today.  I don't remember what it felt like with DD #1 since she was a surprise, so maybe I am overthinking this!

It's possible that it was too early for the digital to detect. I would try again today or tomorrow morning.

Then again, you could just have the flu.
