they are just a little taller than i am im 5"7 they are really safe ds has been in it. most places will use the bottom half first before putting them up top but never had an issue with them. they are a big space savers in day cares and church nurserys
I haven't worked in the nursery since high school, but from what I remember they were about 5 to 6 feet tall. We never actually put the babies in them though. There were other "normal" cribs to use and we never had so many babies in the nursery at one time that it necessitated use of those contraptions.
Those are the exact cribs we have in my church nursery. I can't imagine having that in my home though.
We also had these in our church nursery, I remember being locked in them when I was 2!!!! I don't have nightmares about it or anything, but still, kinda disturbing.
thats so creepy! I would never put my baby in that

sad! the locking of the metal latch makes it creepiest of all!
Re: Im speechless... I would never put my child in this contraption
I guess if you're having quadruplets and have NO space, but still... it doesn't look right!
That is terrible! Who would put their child in that?

It has been a VERY long time since I've seen one but I do believe they were quite tall. But that's coming from a 9 year olds perspective.

YES
that is a little crazy and it doesn't look totally safe. It doesn't look like the babies would get enough air flow.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
People without space shouldn't have quadruplets.
