i just got back from my new ob/gyn appointment (annual exam) and we discussed how this pregnancy went down and what i can expect next time around.  he thinks that my previa was just bad luck and the preterm labor that started the night DS was born was related to that. he considers my chances of having either again to be the same as if this pregnancy had never even happened! he specifically said that there's no reason to consider me high-risk unless something happens in a future pregnancy! what a relief!
