I was wait listed...for Wednesday

I was put on the wait list (2nd in line) for Wednesday.  My OB said the first person almost always gets in.  If not Wednesday, then I am scheduled for Friday at 7:30 am. 

I'm so disappointed.  I cried the whole way home.

Hang in there!  The end sucks but you're not even to your due date yet!  She'll be here before you know it.

Brew, don't cry! I'm betting you have a quick, easy labour because you've made it all this way. However, your posts are JUST like mine were as I got close to my due date. It is SO hard to keep patience. I hate to tell you, but I think Baby Maren is just as stubborn as Baby Abby was.

Maybe scheduling that induction will serve as an eviction notice.  

My last OB appointment (Fri I think), we scheduled my induction for June 1st (41w6d).  I went into labor late Sunday night, and DD was born Monday afternoon (41w3d).  I guess she wasn't willing to come out until she knew it would be forced.  Come to think of it, she's still like that with everything.
