Fever?

I have been fighting a cold for a few days. I have had a fever around 100 degrees the last 2 days when I have taken my temp. Today, my cold woke me up at 4:15am and I took my temp. It was 97.78 - I think. However, as the day as went on, my temp has went back up to 100. Should I mark fever on my chart?

I'd mark fever... just keep it in mind later in the cycle when you're analyzing. 

Does it automatically discard your temp or give you an open circle?
