Can you use Visine on a 18 mo old?

This maybe a stupid question but N has something in his eye. ?It's really windy out. ?I wiped his eye with a damp cloth, not sure that it help...any other ideas would be appreciated. ?

I think visine is just cosmetic.  Like putting concealer on a scrape, KWIM?  I think it just constricts the blood vessels or something.  I don't think it's therapeutic so I wouldn't use it on a toddler.

I would let it go for a while and see if his natural tears will wash it out.

But obviously I'm not a doctor or pharmacist!

I'd try some saline or natural tears drops before visine.  Visine will sting.
