Trying to Get Pregnant
update of BFP, symptoms, etc.
okay, so i tested on thursday night, mainly because i just felt the need to pee on a stick. i hadn't been having a lot of phantom symptoms, just little ones - like craving citrus (i had been eating about 4 oranges a night and having fresh squeezed limeade everyday at lunch) and having about 2 days of constipation.
i got my bfp, and immediatly ran into the bedroom where hubs was asleep (he had a headache and well, it was pretty late!) i shoved it in his face and asked if he saw it. lol, it was all pretty funny, he thought i was a crazy woman busting in the bedroom and waking him up like that. but he got all excited and woke up with me. after all the screaming and shouting with my girls (thanks for being there and waiting for the pics ladies) he told me i better head to bed, because being tired isn't good for the baby.
the next morning i got a super sweet text that started with hey mama (it almost made me cry)
anyway long story short, i believe my due date is Jan 5th (if i'm correct i was 9dpo when i got my positive). i won't know for sure until my first docs appointment.

Congrats again Jessie!! This is such wonderful news! I hope nothing but the best for you this pregnancy, good health and a beautiful sticky baby.
Oh and you can edit out the phantom part because you my dear were having REAL symptoms because you are going to be a mommy!!
ha gotta find some tarheel gear for the baby now.

I've also been craving citrus from day one...hasn't let up a bit. ?I figure if I'm craving fruit, that's better than lots of other things.
