Zumba!

Hey ladies, I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a great Zumba class in Novi.  I took my first class today and I had a great time.  I am not sure if you can do it while you are prego....  But, it was a blast!

    At novi woods elementary school.  The instructor was great!!! The website is www.detroitzumba.com

    I've never taken a zumba class, but the important thing while preggers is to keep your body temp low and your heart rate under 140. Otherwise you should be good. (no inversions in yoga or exercises that have you on your back after 14 weeks)
