Blockbuster Question

So, I haven't rented a movie since I was in HS probably. How much does it cost these days? How long do I have to watch it and bring it back? I'm clueless....Please explain the process. TIA.

i have no clue! ?we use netflix, which is amazing. ?we pay a monthly fee and get new movies every couple days in the mail. ?we also rent a lot of movies.....if you think you'll start to rent more Blockbuster does it online too.

if you have the ability to download and watch you can download single movies from Blockbuster.com ?

Hmm....do you have to get movies every couple days? We don't watch movies all that often so I'm wondering if Netflix would be a waste for us. WDYT?

well it's 9.95 a month for 1 movie at a time, you can keep it as long as you want....so if you get a new movie you can just hold on to it until you watch it and then send it back.

it's about as cheap as renting 2 movies from blockbuster and dropping them off on time. ?so if you'll watch two, it might be worth it.

Me either!  I have no clue.  We use Netflix.  Every couple days we get 'em in the mail.  I think I get our money's worth since these days it seems nothing is on TV during the day and most nights.  So we watch maybe 2 to 3 movies a week plus one to two a weekend.

Netflix is fantabulous, that's what we use too. ?

?Do you have the Red Box near you? ?They're only a $1 to rent - we have them at all of our grocery store outlets. ?Blockbuster is so expensive IMO!?

IDK, we have LoveFilm which is the same as NetFlix.

we thought we would only watch like 2 a month and now that we have it....it's crazy how many we get a month!

For blockbuster if its a new release its like $4.99 and you keep it for 5 days. If its not it's either $.99 or $1.99 and you keep them for 5 days as well.

I think it's 4.99 and no late fees anymore. YOu can return whenever but they always say to bring it before 7 days.

It's no late fees but if you keep it longer than a week I think it is, they will charge you the price for the "previously viewed" movie, and then if you return it I think they charge you a buck or 2 "restocking fee" or something like that.

I use OnDemand a lot, but I do still VERY occasionally rent.

boo to all of you, lol. we have blockbuster online and love it. we can return our mailers in store to get a DVD that day,  it's awesome!
