Hey- I'm not trying to be nosey (or pushy!), but what about the neti pot makes you gag?  Is it going down the back of your throat?  Or is it just the concept itself (completely understandable- it's kinda nasty! lol)  I was just wondering.  I had a couple of adjustment days, so I wanted to make sure you weren't having the problems I had!  I've had chronic sinus problems my whole life, and this has worked wonders!  Anyway- I just wanted to help if I could!!  I hope you feel better soon!!
