WW ladies.....

How do you usually run on points everyday? Do you use all your points? Or do you stay under or go over and use a few flexpoints every day? I joined online on Wednesday, but I'm just now going full speed with it today. I'm cautiously optimistic!

    I joined about 2 weeks ago now.  I am down about 7 lbs already!  Wooo-Hoo!!  Anyway, I stay within my points for the day.  Maybe using 1-2 weekly points each day.  I am taking the kids to McD Tuesday, follow by DH's Step-Dad's B-day that night... AND dinner out with friends on Thursday.  I need to get some activity points because I will probably eat more than planned.

  • Thanks for the reply! Your post and your ticker have inspired me! I have 25 pounds to lose and the fact that you've lost so much so quickly gives me hope. I was feeling so down about it yesterday when I made my weekly trip to the grocery store, but today I really think I can do it.

  • Breakfast has always been my favorite meal.  I use 4-5 pts for breakfast, 3-4 for lunch and usually 6-8 for dinner.  I have to have a snack with the girls mid-afternoon (after DD2's nap) and before bed.

    I lost 5.6 the first week and I am a compulsive weigher, so I weighed this morning and appear to be down another 1.5 lbs or so (but it WAS after breakfast!).  I love Fiber One bars (2 pts) as a snack.  Also, the WW treats are good, especially the ice cream.  I also got reduced fat string cheese, deli meats, light bread and WW yogurt.

     Call me crazy, but I want to lose it all in the next 2 months.  We can TTC in 4-6 weeks and I want to be low enough not to break the 200 mark even if I gain 30 lbs w/ PG.  Big Smile  I am 5'9", so I doubt I will ever be 150 lbs again.  Stick out tongue

  • I get lots of points so I hardly very go over (only when we eat out at a really nice

    place) I actually have a hard time eating my normal points...
