I've been traveling a lot this month (but in the same time zone) and have had a LOT of work-induced stress, which I think is delaying my O (see chart here ?https://tinyurl.com/d9hmly).
I usually O between CD 19-21.
What do you guys think? Do I still have a chance this month to O? I'd be bummed to miss a cycle because of freaking work stress. I guess I'm just looking for input on my chart ... this is the first cycle since I've been charting that it has been this erratic. :-(?
Re: Stress-delayed O (and chart questions)
Last cycle I o'd on CD 61.
**ETA**
My delayed o was stress delayed and it wasn't until I was on Spring Break that I did. Stressing about your chart and your delayed o will probably delay it more. This is when you need to relax and go with the flow. One annov cycle is not a bad thing and one long cycle is not a bad thing. You still have a chance to O.
Depending on the reason for your open circle higher temps on CD 17 & 18, I would say that based on temps alone you O'd on CD 23. But if you throw in the OPKs, O could be a week away.
Before going to bed at night, try to do some relaxation exercises or meditate or read a book.
You definitely still have a chance.
I think the same thing happened to me this cycle. I usually have a fairly regular O date (CD 17-18) and it looked like I was getting ready to O, but I was really stressed out those few days and I didn't.
Good luck!

2 cycles ago I didn't o until CD 67. I knew I was stressed out but couldn't do anything about it. After the stress let up I think I o'ed about 10 days later. I had classic o signs a few times earlier in the cycle and even a CH fakeout thanks to FF, but I knew it was too good to be true. One thing is I didn't add TTC stress on top, I knew once the other stresses went away I'd be back on track, and I am.
last cycle with no stress I o'ed on CD 14 again, so I was back to normal.
