but i've googled this and can't seem to find the answer..
I work out quite a bit... Mostly cardio stuff.. elliptical and treadmill 6-7 times a week. and usually average burning about 600 calories while im there for the hour.
Will strenuous exercise affect implantation at all?

Thanks girls! I average about 6 miles or so a day.
Im 5'7 and about 120, and they did tell me at the Dr's i was in the lower range of normal for my BMI but normal nonetheless..
same thing for me. my dr told me to try to have a bmi of 20-21 is ideal. not that that you cant or wont get pg if you're under that, but that it just might be easier if i was 20-21 bmi since i had irregular periods. I am also 5'7" and i was 120 lbs when we started ttc, i was up to 130 lbs when i got my bfp. i have no idea if it helped or not.
