Can you use tampons while you have a yeast infection?

I know you can't at night when you have the cream in but what about during the day?

    hhhmmm I don't know for sure, but I can't imagine that would be a good idea.  It seems like that would encourage the growth of yeast, but I'm not sure...   I probably wouldn't do it.

    Even if you can, I wouldn't. It seems like it would keep it from getting better.
