    You know it has actually helped me get going in the morning.  I get up a half hour earlier and crank some music and dancercize for about a half hour.  Then I do a real workout when I get home.  It helps me get pumped for the day

    That is such a great idea! I wish I could do that but I refuse to wake up before 5am and getting up a half hour early would require that.
