At my 9 weeks appt today, Baby B measured a day behind but Baby A is a few days behind. The OB didn't seem to be concerned and said everything is fine, but of course I worry. He said both heartbeats were strong.

The thing to remember is the measurements they use are only averages, so some babies will measure ahead and others behind. My dr. said it's very common for twins to measure behind. A few days is okay. The key moving forward is that they are both continuing to grow, but you might find that your babies always measure a few days behind or they might surprise you and catch up!
My Baby B was always 3 days behind baby A in growth. She was a little over a pound less than Baby A when they were born and now she keeps a consistent 2 lb difference from her sister.
It's okay if they don't measure the same so long as they continue to grow at their own pace.
My OB said the measurements are averages within 4 days (behind or ahead). So as long as they are growing, it is fine. Also, it can be really hard to measure them perfectly.
My baby A is always a few days behind, but she is growing so I am not worried. And my baby B is always a few days ahead. I can't wait to find out what they weigh when they are born.
Yep, my baby B has always measured 3 days-1 week behind A. Even now they have about a 16% size difference and even though she's small they are both looking very healthy.
