We had calzones last night! No real recipe - I just use the premade pizza dough from TJ's, and lightly saute whatever veggies sound good for the filling, then bake them at 375 for however long it takes for the cheese to get bubbly and start oozing out, and the tops to get lightly browned. The ones we had last night had garlic, zucchini, spinach and kale and mozzarella.

Re: Calzone recipe?
Mine is even simpler:
Pillsbury pizza dough --- just unroll and cut in half --- stretch a bit so it's all the same thickness.
Add sauce to the whole thing (pizza, tomato, or alfredo-ish) (Add more than you think you'll need because the dough absorbs some of it)
Add toppings to half of each piece of dough
Add spices (I use oregano, basil, and garlic)
Fold and seal by pressing with a fork
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
Bake at 425 for about 13 minutes or so.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before cutting.
