If you swaddled your DC...

Do you remember how the baby slept when you stopped?  I know with Ian he was nearly 5 months old when we stopped.  I think it took a night or two for him to STTN again.  But Max is already busting out of them - he actually never really *loved* swaddling but it became kind of a routine before bed and I think it helped him fall asleep.

I am scared all over again that we'll be up all night!

I am embarrassed to admit this ,but I am still swaddling Emilia! She is 7 months old! I have tried to stop, but she CRIES. Then she sleeps so peacefully when swaddled, so I keep doing it.

Gina stopped b/c it was getting warmer at night and she was hot, at about 5 months. She started to STTN at 7 months.

Haha - hey, whatever works!!  I'd do it too if they kept wanting me to!

It's nothing at all to be embarrassed about.. you're doing the right thing. DD enjoyed swaddling for a long time and we happily obliged :)

We were at my friend's house last week, who just had a baby, and we both swaddled our babies with our Miracle Blankets (mine now had holes in it).  My H kept calling Emilia "Baby Huey". LOL
