Don't they have a refrigerator? The daycare at the club has a fridge that I can leave a bottle in. I have carried milk around in large water bottles (the kind you buy not the kind water comes in)
Years ago when I worked in childcare, the parents would bring in a few sippy cups with milk in them each morning. The cups had their childs name on them, some have a plastic ring, and each child has a certain color. I have also seen where the parent will bring in a quart each monday, with childs name taped on it.

This is a good question, we aren't there yet but I think the above suggestions about bringing milk already in sippies, like you probably do now with formula in bottles, seems to make sense, especially if they don't have room in the frig for a container of milk.
I 've done it the same as when it was BM, so we've had no change since she first started going. It's in her lunch bag with her lunch. I put 2 ice packs in there as well. I have 1 on the side of the milk and one on top. (have you seen her cupcake lunch bag to know how it stands?)
They do have a fridge and I've seen them pull out the kids lunches. I just have always sent ice packs (we have fun strawberry shortcake ones) I think they do put it in the fridge though, since the ice packs usually come home still 1/2 frozen. ( I send cheese and lunch meat so I need to keep her lunch cool anyways)
I only send 1 sippy full of milk for the day too. Sometimes it comes back empty, sometimes it's still 1/2 full and sometimes, it's 1/2 full of water. Meaning she has drank all the milk and they will fill it with water.
If they don't provide milk I would buy a jug of the milk I prefer and tape his name to it. I'd send a few sippy cups with his name and expect they would send them home when they need to be washed. Repeat as necessary.
