I need a unique idea for tomorrow

I am going to be watching Ellie while her mom and dad are at the doctor visit for an ultrasound.  It should also show the baby's sex.  I have been trying to think of a fun way to make this a special day.  All I have is buying outfits for both sexes and having them open the one that applies. I am also cooking dinner.

 I know you are all super creative, can you help an almost 2nd time grandmother out?  Thanks.

    I've seen people cut cakes in which the filling is either pink or blue. But you would need to know beforehand for that. Or make 2 cakes. LOL
