I'M GRAPE JELLY- ALWAYS AROUND & ALWAYS THE SAME
If I leave here tomorrow, would you still remember me. For I must be traveling on now. Because there are too many places I've got to see. -Allen Collins & Ronnie VanZant
My favorite verse!
My suggestions were all dairy kind of ideas or fruit. Then Kristi suggested my other two. You could check out some of the WW products but I'm not sure you would want that stuff while you are BF. I like some of their snack bars.
I am doing WW dairy free too. It does make it a little tougher. It has been very sloooow for me, but I am losing. Since October, so app. 6 months, I have lost 22lbs. and I am hoping to lose 15 more.
For snacks, Tofutti makes a lot of great ice cream like snacks (IC sandwiches, choc bars, etc) I eat a lot reduced fat peanut butter (2pts/tablespoon) with an apple or high fiber bread, pita chips with hummus, veggie chips, WW oatmeal cookies (I'll give you the recipe if you want) 1 pt each.
I also *drink* alot of my snack points, coffee with creammate or wine, which I need desperately by the end of the day.
Good luck! Let me know if you have any other questions, I have found a lot of good substitutes.
my snacks of choice are carrot and celery sticks. And you know it takes more calories to digest celery than you get out of them? They're a net-loss :-)
I also eat cheese and chili and cashew dip but that won't help you.
Re: Weight Watchers: What are your go-to snacks?
I doubt that many of mine are dairy free:
Hostess 100 calorie cupcakes (choc & carrot are 1 pt, golden are 2)
Fiber One Bars (2 pts, PB are 3 pts)
Jolly Time Healthy Pop popcorn (whole bag is 1 pt)
Lots of ice cream snacks, but that won't help.
