Stupid question, but does anyone know if coke zero is actually made with cola syrup or is it something else. I am nauseous all the time and coke is the only thing that helps, but I do want to watch the caffine.
I do not know the syrup answer, but I do believe that CokeZero has more caffiene than regular Coke. Your best bet would be to go to the Coke website and see if you can find an ingredients listing.
Why don't you try Caffeine Free Coke (regular, not diet or Coke Zero)?
I've been drinking Caffeine Free Coke. Tastes much closer to regular Coke than Coke Zero.
I get headaches from too much Splenda. I've been getting enough headaches from being pregnant, so I've just been avoiding the whole diet/sugar free thing. (Caffeine also seems to bring on headaches, so that's why I've been avoiding it too.)
I have a can right here. There is 34mg of caffeine, and it does contain aspartame so you want to consider that
The aspartame is what keeps me from drining my regular coke zeros. I have a regular soda every few days. I know it's empty calories, but I crave one every once in a while.
