I have it often. I've read it can be just extra calcium. The rule of thumb from my searches seems to be that as long as its your only symptom (no pain, etc.) then don't worry about it. You might wanna make sure your fluid intake stays up for the day just so that your urine doesn't get too concentrated with material buildup, but thats for any pg woman as we are all passing a lot more chemicals from the baby and also from our PNVs.
I have noticed my urine to be cloudy at times. When I asked my Dr. she said it was probably just discharge. I don't think it is but as long as my tests come back fine everytime I'm not worried if Dr. isn't...

I did, and not sure if this is why, but I did have a UTI. Don't know if that was just a coincidence though.
I believe sometimes cloudy urine can be a symptom of UTI... for me though it was just discharge.. everyone is different
