What is easy to make for hue group

oh, and cheap!  My brother is having 80-100 people at his DDs communion party and they are cooking for it...don't get me started on how insane this is.  My Mom is going to make sausage, peppers and onions.  If I can think of something easy and inexpensive I will offer to make it but I have a 2yo and a 4mo so my time is limited and I do not want to spend a fortune.  I know they will have pasta and me  Oatballs but not sure what else. Thanks

What about a big salad and breadsticks?

A pasta salad is easy and inexpensive to make. But I'm not sure if they want the pasta to be "hot" b/c of the sausage, meatballs, etc....

 The pasta salad I make is yummy. I cut up red and green peppers, baby carrots and sliced black olives. Toss with penne and cover/drizzle with Ken's Caeser dressing. It's so good.

I say a big tossed salad too. Or maybe a fruit salad that you buy from the store.
