Baby Names

Delivery surprise

My husband is so insistent on not finding out the sex, that not having a name even this early is starting to bother me. I think its too much uncertainty with all of these hormones!  Any opinions to get me started on narrowing these down will make me feel better...see sig for link.  Thanks!

Re: Delivery surprise

  • I like Lyla Jane & Carter
  • I voted! I like Jane Marie, but I accidentially pressed the wrong button. Oops!

  • We don't know the sex and still don't have a name :)  You have some time....so much time :)  Just having it narrowed down is a great start.  You'll know when you see their little face.
  • I know, thats what I keep telling myself..."you psycho, why are you even thinking about this right now?!" I guess its the whole thing of not telling anyone yet that I'm pregnant, so getting the opinion of only my husband is no fun....since he never seems to have an opinion anyways. I totally want to have like top 3 to wait and see what fits best with their little face Big Smile

  • you still have 34 more weeks!?

    ?

you still have plenty of time to wear him down. ;)?

The girl names are all lovely, except for Lyla isn't my style. I especially like Hannah and Jane. The boy names I like are Evan, James and Dylan.
  • My husband was pretty insistent too. But we had six u/s, and every one he broke at the last minute and said "okay, tell us!" And then the baby woudn't cooperate, until the last one at about 32 weeks.

  • I think this is the first time I've liked all the names on a list. I picked Lydia and Nolan.

  • I've got a Lyla, so that's my vote! :)
  • I like Lyla, Jane, Lydia, James, and Nolan

I like Emma, too, but not with Elizabeth.?

  • I like Nolan and Lyla the best.
  • Thanks everyone! I forgot to mention that Jane, Elizabeth, & Marie are all family names so we were trying to incorporate them.  And then we def know the boy's middle name no question- both of our dads have the same first name so its a great way to be able to honor both of them.

I love your little Lyla pictured there! I first heard the name in the movie August Rush last year and LOVED it.  We'll see!

  • I love all of them except Lyla, Hannah and Nolan.
