Daycare interview questions.

I am looking for daycare and starting to do interviews.  What are some question I should ask the potential DCP?  I have some in mind but I need ideas, as I have never done this before.

    We just went through this and interviewed many people!  I have a long list of questions, but it's not in front of me right now.  Some of them are:

    Do you have insurance?, What is the daily schedule?, What is on the menu?,  What do you do for discipline?, What is your sickness policy?, Do you administer medication?, What do we need to supply?, Is there a contract and what is the cancellation policy?, How often do you disinfect the toys?, How many children do you have and what are their ages?
