If you are or have PT'd DC, did you use the flushable toddler wipes, or just regular TP?
I assume we will use regular TP, but wondering if there's some reason to use toddler wipes that I'm not thinking of. Seems like a waste of money to me...
We just use TP but I"m sure the wipes would do a better job. I just try to keep all wipes out of the bathrooms because our plumber HIGHLY recommends that nothing but toilet paper (even flushable wipes) end up in the toilets because of how often they cause clogs.
There are flushable wipes?! Where have I been? I must know where to find these.
I think the Pampers ones are called Kandoo's and I think Huggies has them too, but I can't remember what they are called. I've also seen generic ones at BJ's.
We started using the flushable wipes because she was asking for a wipe after using the potty and didn't want to use TP. I do think they get her cleaner, so we'll stick with it for now.

They're in the wipes section. Both Huggies and Pampers make them. We use The Clean Team, and the reason I know that is because that's what my dh taught my dd to say when she goes #2. "Time for The Clean Team!"
I just use regular wipes for BMs and throw them away. We still have so many left from his diaper days I figure why not.
Maybe we will just do this if we find regular TP just isn't working well enough. While everyone makes a good point about the wipes getting dc cleaner, it's also not worth all the potential plumbing problems.

Let me issue a warning if you have a septic system... don't use them!
Several people on our coupon board were all into the flushable wipes, until they needed a pumpout to the tune of about $600.
