What kind of pajamas do you put your kids to sleep in?
Right now, my kids are sleeping in sleep sacks from Carter, but they are getting too big for them. I am going shopping for new pajamas today, but I am not sure which are best.
They wear footed carter's PJs and Halo sleep sacks -- I think the biggest size those come in is 12-18 months, so we will be using them for a whole lot longer!
We use the Carter's footie pajamas as well. And on warmer days we use the one piece jammies from Hanna Anderson. Both have zippers, which is key. The older they get, the harder it is for me to get them dressed...the zipper is a saving grace!
I'm a big fan of the zip up sleepers from Children's Place. (Esp when I find them on sale.) In the winter, they keep them warm and in the summer, I don't think they're too hot (esp with the a/c on.) I like the idea of footless jammies, but i worry their tootsies will get cold!
Ours are usually in footed cotton jammies and fleece sleepsacks. We don't really have any temperature control in our old crummy house... a floor heater and no a/c.... this week however it's been 100 degrees so we just put them in the sleepers no sleep sacks. I think they might still be a little warm but I worried about them being too cold if we put them in onesies or something...

I prefer the zip-up footie jammies. On warmer nights (now that it's spring) we do light cotton, and on colder nights we do fleece. Children's Place and Carter's are the only two places I buy the kids pjs. They're cheap and they fit the best. Sometimes Old Navy too, but they have more of the 2-piece sets with the itchy waist band so I tend to buy from the other places more.
HTH! Have fun shopping!!! I'm jealous! : )
ETA: I read that a lot of the pps use sleep sacks but my kids have never liked them and so we just don't bother. Just the jammies keeps them warm enough, IMO. Also, in the summer (not sure where you are located), I will do the Carter's 3-piece sleep sets that come with a t-shirt, long pants and shorts, and if it's really hot, just a onesie or a diaper. DH found DS diaperless in his crib the other day (got his pants and diaper off all by himself! typical male wanting in hanging out for all the ladies in the room to see, hehehe!) so I am going out soon to buy him some onesies and pull-on pants, which will hopefully help keep the nudist in him quiet for a little while longer.

My blog * We made the national news!
This last winter, we put them to sleep in Hanes sweatshirts and sweatpants - easier to get on and off than zip up jammies.
Last summer they slept in onesies, and it's almost warm enough for just onesies again. The high today (in Phoenix) is supposed to be 101?! YUK!
