Advice please: Sleep issues

DD's been sleeping through the night for a few months now.  This past week she's been waking in the night at around 3AM.  The first 2 nights I fed her and she fell right back to sleep.  Now she wakes every night, and won't go to sleep until I feed her.  I've tried all the other things - rocking her, diaper change, letting her play etc.  She's been sleeping 12 hours without a feed up until now, why the feed now?  Aaaah!!! Help!

    Growth spurt maybe? ?Maybe that's why she wants to eat so much again. ?

    She's not fussy at all during the day.  Her feeds during the day are the same as always.

    Well if she's only waking once and not staying up or anything, just feeding and going back to sleep, I wouldn't worry about it.  Like others said, its probably a growth spurt and if she's hungry, she needs to be fed. I would try to up her feedings during the day (more formula if FF or an extra nursing session if nursing)
