How about a dip with apples to dip in it? I make this one. It's so easy. I don't use fat-free cream cheese, and I couldn't find Skor bars, so I used Hershey's Symphony bars (the ones with toffee chips).
I always bring this to parties, picnics, etc. It makes a great presentation and everyone always loves it. Just don't eat it- way too fattening yet delicious

2 tarts with fruit on top. You could do different fruit on each. Like berries on one and mango on the other.
Super easy and it always impresses when I make.
This sounds like a great spring dessert. Do you have a recipe?
For the tart:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
2 TB packed brown sugar
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Press into ungreased 11 inch tart pan. Back 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
For the topping:
-1/2 cup lemon curd (you can buy or make)
-1 package cream cheese, softened
-fruit
Beat lemon curd and cream cheese on low speed until smooth. Spread over crust. Place fruit on top.
**instead of lemon curd, I have used strawberry jam before and that worked well
I always bring this to parties, picnics, etc. It makes a great presentation and everyone always loves it. Just don't eat it- way too fattening yet delicious
